Cologne Cathedral is one of the most imposing Gothic structures in the world and the most visited building in Germany. Building work spanned 600 years, beginning in the mid-13c. On its completion in 1880, the twin towers (over 157m high) over the western facade were the tallest structures in the world.
The railway bridge over the Rhein is called "Hohenzollernbrücke".
