The Setu peoples are descendants of the Balto- Finnish tribes who migrated to the southeastern tip of Estonia. Although they have lived under the rule of Czarist Russia for centuries, they have preserved their colorful lifestyles, costumes, language and folklore through songs passed down from generation to generation.
