The church of Sant Esteve in Andorra la Vella, Capital of Andorra. The building was originally erected in the 12th century with considerable later alterations. Of the Romanesque part there remains the apse which once contained frescos at present in the National Art Museum of Catalonia and in two private collections. A beam of polychromed wood and some Baroque retables are of great interest. From the outside you can note the Romanesque apse and bell tower.
